Welcome to Creative Motion Dance (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your use of our website, services, classes, and any communications sent by us, including SMS messages.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number and selecting the consent checkbox on our forms or website, you agree to receive text messages from Creative Motion.
Messages may include class updates, reminders, or limited promotional offers.

We use Compete Studio software to deliver messages securely and maintain opt-in/opt-out records in compliance with CTIA and 10DLC rules.

2. Opt-In and Opt-Out

You can opt in by completing a web form or paper registration that includes a clear consent checkbox.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text.
After opting out, you will no longer receive further SMS communications unless you opt in again.

3. Privacy and Data Use

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Service Content and Availability

Schedules, instructors, pricing, and class offerings are subject to change.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate information but do not guarantee availability.

5. Payment and Billing

All tuition, registration fees, and purchases are due as indicated during checkout or registration.
Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Motion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or communications.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas unless prohibited by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted at https://creativemotion.com/terms

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
